Once you have a registered PIN, you are given access to your own information, such as the details of all claims submitted to GEMS, payment dates and amounts left under each benefit category. This allows you to manage your own affairs better, and reduces the need for you to call the call centre. You can also profile your communication needs, so that you can set up SMS services to alert you of changes in your member information, or of claims being paid.
