To avoid delays in the processing of claims for all medical appliances in future, you do not need to submit a motivation and/or additional supporting documents for the majority of products in certain categories of appliances. Please note that patients on the Sapphire and Beryl options must obtain a referral from their nominated Family Practitioner before consulting a Specialist or Surgical Appliance Provider.
