In accordance with the Scheme's Rules, GEMS members are encouraged to review their healthcare needs each year and use their right to continue with their current benefit option or change to a different benefit option in the new year.

As a member, you have the right to review your benefit option for 2026 during the Option Selection period, which runs from 17 November to 16 December 2025.
