Bidders will be provided with a link to connect and join the session on confirmation of attendance.  Attendees must have their own copies of the bid document in the briefing session.

Prequalification criteria:

Bidders are required to commit to provide skills development and business support to an Exempted Micro Enterprise (EME) or a Qualifying Small Enterprise (QSE) that is at least 51% Black-owned or at least 30% Black Women owned with quarterly monitoring against an execution plan. This commitment must be equal to the value of one percent (1%) of the GEMS total service fee paid to the provider.

Appointment of an additional service provider to provide Absolute Return/Balanced Portfolio Asset Management services to Government Employees Medical Scheme for a period of one (1) year commencing 01 July 2021, which contract may be annually renewable for a maximum of 4 more years
