Pre-qualification criterion: Only bidders who are certified and accredited for the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics D365 will be considered for this tender.

REQUEST FOR INFORMATION FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF AN ENTERPRISE-WIDE RESOURCE PLANNING SYSTEM (EWRP) FOR THE GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES MEDICAL SCHEME (GEMS).

The Government Employees Medical Scheme (GEMS) hereby invites interested service providers to respond to this Request for Information (RFI) for an Enterprise-Wide Resource Planning (EWRP) solution.

The purpose of this RFI is to test the market and gather information that will assist GEMS in refining its approach towards acquiring the EWRP. This RFI is not a solicitation for bids and does not constitute a commitment by GEMS to procure any goods or services. The information received will be used solely for planning, budgeting, and market assessment purposes.

An RFI document is available on request to provide more detail on the GEMS requirement.
