Appointment of a service provider to provide Core Information Management Systems and Implementation Services for the Government Employees Medical Scheme.

Pre-qualification criteria:

The bidder must form a Joint Venture with or sub-contractor with at least one small company at Exempted Micro Enterprises (EME) level who is an implementer who will do at least 30% of the implementation.

Compulsory  Briefing Session:

Date: 03 April 2023

Time: 13h00 to 16h00

Attendees joining the session more than 15 minutes after the starting time noted i.e. after 13h15 will be deemed not to have attended the briefing session.

Prospective service providers are required to notify the relevant person at the respective email address indicated below for this requirement, before 10h00 on 31 March 2023 whether they will attend the briefing session. Bidders will be provided with a link to connect and join the session on confirmation of attendance. Attendees must have their own copies of the bid document in the briefing session.
