To register for the GEMS Member App, Users must provide the following information:

Upon successful registration, Users will be able to log in to the App using their provided username and password. The App may use the supplied SA ID Number, Cell Number, or GEMS Membership Number to authenticate the User and retrieve their relevant membership information from GEMS' records.
By registering on the App, Users acknowledge that GEMS already has their personal information on file from their prior membership registration with the scheme. This information will be used to personalise the User's experience within the App and provide access to relevant features and services.
While using our App, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

This Usage Data may include information such as your device's browser type, browser version, the pages of our App that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

Please note that GEMS is categorized among "Highly Regulated Industries". As such, our mobile app does not include functionality to delete your account directly.
The GEMS Member App provides access to your membership information, but does not store the full scope of your GEMS membership data. Removing the app from your device will delete any cached information used to facilitate the app experience, but will not erase your membership records.
