Pre-qualification criteria:

Bidders will be required to commit to provide skills development and business support to a small, micro, or medium enterprise that is an asset/investment management organization that is at least 51% Black owned with quarterly monitoring against an execution plan. Bidders must comply with further options and conditions detailed in the bid document.
