The GEMS rules contain important information that every member and prospective member should know.
The information includes details on the benefits that our members are entitled to on each specific benefit option and other important information relating to exclusions, co-payments, etc. We amend these rules from time to time to meet our member’s changing needs. Our rules are registered with the Council for Medical Schemes and the Scheme, our members, employees and any person who claims any benefit under these rules are bound by them. It is important that our members and relevant stakeholders understand them.
